Since our inception, Jackson River has been focused on Salesforce implementation and development. Our depth of understanding of Salesforce and the Force.com platform has been built by our experience implementing Salesforce for our nonprofit clients. In addition to our hands on experience, we’ve invested considerably in certifying our staff as Salesforce Administrators, Consultants and Developers.

Salesforce Implementation Strategy

Whether your organization wants to evaluate Salesforce as a donor database solution or is looking to move programmatic work to the Force.com platform, we can help. We’ve implemented Salesforce for a wide variety of nonprofit clients including environmental, animal welfare, healthcare, advocacy, human rights and many more. Our implementations range from donor management applications such as the Nonprofit Starter Pack and Common Ground, to eCRM applications like Springboard and other, programmatic applications such as order fulfillment and grants management.

Our staff has deep experience with implementing custom objects, fields, workflow rules, reports and dashboards, complex permissioning and more. Additionally we can extend the force.com platform with APEX and Visualforce to power custom application and administrative views of data.

We have migrated 10s of millions of records across hundreds of objects and have managed data migration projects large and small. Data Integration

We have years of experience with data integration projects and have been doing Salesforce integration since our company was founded. We’ve done integrations between Salesforce and websites, donor management systems, payment gateways, custom applications and more. We’ve done both API based and file based integrations and have implemented integrations with ETL tools, batch APEX and external application code. Training and Support

We always recommend that our clients attend the Salesforce Administrator 201 class. In our experience that class assists in providing Administrators with a broad understanding of Salesforce as well as techniques and tactics to assist in their day to day activities. We’ve found, however, that the class is most often tailored to the business user, not the nonprofit.

Our experts can help train your staff on both the basics of Salesforce as well as the details of your specific implementation within the context of how your organization works. We have hands on experience training a wide variety of users from end users to high powered administrators and developers.
