Salesforce Implementation Strategy

Training and Support
We always recommend that our clients attend the Salesforce Administrator 201 class. In our experience that class assists in providing Administrators with a broad understanding of Salesforce as well as techniques and tactics to assist in their day to day activities. We’ve found, however, that the class is most often tailored to the business user, not the nonprofit.
Our experts can help train your staff on both the basics of Salesforce as well as the details of your specific implementation within the context of how your organization works.
